A New Year somatic workshop · Cork, Ireland

Arriving into the new year

The beginning of a year can bring a sense of possibility, alongside pressure to make plans or change something. This workshop offers space to arrive as you are and listen to what feels supportive.

Through guided meditation, gentle movement and body awareness, we will make time to settle, receive support and reconnect with ourselves. There will be space for stillness, reflection and rest.

What we’ll explore

Arriving: slowing down and noticing your breath, your body and the support beneath you.

Receiving: listening for what feels nourishing and allowing space to settle.

Deepening: gentle movement and a quieter inward practice, followed by rest and reflection.

No previous experience of meditation or somatic work is needed. You are welcome to take part at your own pace.
