My work weaves together Somatic Therapy (Hakomi), Craniosacral Therapy, and Mentoring, supporting you to reconnect with your body, deepen your awareness, and access your own inner wisdom.
I work with clients online worldwide, and in person in Castelldefels, Barcelona offering a grounded and integrative approach that brings together body, mind, and presence.
