A New Year somatic workshop exploring body, place and belonging.
Welcome in the new year with a morning of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself in a soulful studio space in the heart of Cork city.
The beginning of a year often brings questions about what we want to change and where we want to go. This workshop offers time to pause, listen to the body and connect with our intuition as we consider what feels meaningful for the year ahead.
Through somatic meditation, gentle movement and body awareness, we’ll explore what helps us feel grounded and connected - to ourselves, the places we inhabit and the world around us.
No previous experience is needed. You’re welcome to take part at your own pace.

I’m a somatic therapist and craniosacral practitioner from Cork. My approach draws on many years of working with people, a longstanding meditation practice and a deep connection with the natural world.
My work and experiences in Ireland and Spain continue to shape my exploration of body, land and belonging. Offering this workshop in Cork brings that exploration back to a place that holds a deep personal connection for me.
